🌞 Solar Power System (Off-Grid)

Sunset Villa is 100% solar-powered! Please help us conserve energy:

  • Keep AC units on 24/7 (it’s actually more efficient than turning it on and off all the time)

  • Keep the AC at 24C at all times.

  • Keep doors/windows closed when AC is on.

  • Battery system lasts up to 12 hours after sunset as long as battery has been fully charged.

  • In case of bad weather, the system may not fully charge back up during the day.

  • We remotely monitor the electrical system and will adjust the output according to the situation. We will advice you ahead of time if any AC units need to be turned off.
