Payment schedule

  • Payment 1: 10% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation

  • Payment 2: 40% due 120 days before check-in

  • Payment 3: 50% (or remaining amount) due 60 days before check-in

If a reservation is made after any of the above payment milestones have already passed, all amounts due up to that point will be automatically charged at the time of booking and immediately become non-refundable in accordance with our refund policy (see below).

Refund policy

  • At all times: 10% remains non-refundable regardless of booking/cancellation date

  • 121 or more days before check-in: 90% of the total booking amount is refundable

  • Between 120 and 61 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount is refundable

  • 60 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable

  • No-shows / early departures: 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable

Date Change Policy

  • One-time date change permitted at least 30 days before check-in

  • Subject to availability

  • Reservation change fee applies

  • Any increased rate differences will be charged accordingly

  • Decreased rates will not be taken into account.
